Charges
Shipping is a flat ₹79 on all orders across India. Spend ₹999 or more and shipping is on us — automatically, no code needed.
Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Sundays and public holidays excluded). Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your pincode — metros usually see 3–4 days, remote areas up to 7.
Severe weather in the Bhaderwah region can occasionally add a day to dispatch in deep winter; if that happens, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. You can also use Track Order on the site with your order number (LV-…) and the email or phone used at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready — our delivery partners cannot always provide change.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and message us on WhatsApp with a photo the same day. Anything lost in transit is our responsibility, not yours — we'll reship or refund.
