7-day exchange
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange — for a different size, a different finish, or a different piece entirely. Start by messaging us on WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number.
Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original Luster Vault packaging with all inserts. For hygiene, earrings and press-on nails can only be exchanged if the seal is intact.
The anti-tarnish promise
Tarnish is the one thing we never accept. If a piece tarnishes within 6 months of normal wear despite following the care guide, we'll replace it — no debates, no lab reports, just a photo.
Refunds
Prepaid orders that qualify for a refund are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the piece. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, whichever you prefer.
What we can't take back
Pieces damaged by misuse (chemical exposure, cuts, deliberate bending), items returned after the 7-day window, and hygiene-sealed items with a broken seal. When in doubt, ask us first — we're humans, not a policy bot.
