What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email. If you create an account, we store your order history, saved addresses and wishlist. Newsletter signup stores only your email.
We do not store card or UPI details — online payments (when enabled) are processed entirely by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
How we use it
To deliver and support your orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, sign-in codes), and — only if you've subscribed — the occasional newsletter. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies: your session (if signed in) and your shopping cart. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click, ask us to export the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account entirely — email us via the Contact page and we'll action it within 7 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords don't exist (we use one-time email codes), and access to order data is limited to the small team that ships your jewellery.
